Good and now not good
I used Keep calling for long long long years. I appreciated that I only could make a landline call thought keep calling from my cell phone.
When Japan had a big earthquake, I tried to call and my account was no where to be found and my account is suddenly gone!
I was happy to begin with but why?? Why suddenly my account is gone?

Download this app if you want to be robbed blind, they very slyly charge 50% more for credits in other currencies. Liars and robbers its ridiculous dont fall for it!!!

They are moron for ruining perfectly working app into a nightmare. I was using this app for 14 years, but now leaving app is like nonfunctional and useless.

I totally disappointed with this app and from its developer. I am from India and recharge plan of $5 for India calling. But here’s TWIST, whenever I place any call it says caller is busy every time and for every caller that I call. So, I request to its developer for fix this issue ASAP or else provide refund.

ive used keepcalling over 8yrs. since changing the UI, it gets so hard to use. I cant access to buy further credit which frustrating me so much.
New version is really bad.
I haven’t used the app for some time and today it opened to a new version. The previous version was somehow transparent with charges. The new version starts to look like a scam as people say in recent reviews. No prices before you call, speed dials are gone, no history of calls and how much I spent per call. The only thing I see now is that my credit is running low and forcing me to recharge.

I’ve been using this app for overseas calling for years, now just happened after reason updated not showing history call and favorite listed.

Was great but new update is bad
Fantastic app replacing Skype at saying in touch with family overseas.
The new update however has removed the ability to save contacts, as such you need to type your contact’s number every time you want you call

Speed dial and call history removed
They purposely removed speed dial option to add 10 favorite numbers to make it difficult so the user is forced to give access to contact list. Very sneaky action to capture our personal contacts. I will probably drop them as soon as my credits are used up.

Latest update bad in so many ways
The latest update is just bad. The UI was definitely not tested on small screens like iPhone SE. Controls are half hidden at the bottom and there’s no scrolling (Keypad screen). Of the features: Call history is gone. Even if you’ve just finished a call, it’s not showing on the Recent calls screen. You are bullied into giving access to your contacts. If you don’t, you have to use their on screen pad to dial a number. You can’t paste a phone number in. My very first call did not connect. Had to retype the phone again, coz the app didn’t remember the last dialled number. As others mentioned, topping up credit from the app charges a hefty fee.

The app crashing and call credit loss
Unfortunately I tried calling friends and family the app would either not work or the credit would be deducted even though it wouldn’t get connected.

After updated the app is very hard to access everything. Too many steps and make the app not working properly.
Bad service
Trying to call many times. Rarely works. Really bad experience. Fix it and I will give you good reviews
