KeepFirst helps you clean and organize your camera roll with a safer decision: choose what stays first. Instead of swiping through every photo you might delete, review small batches and tap only the photos and videos worth keeping. Everything else moves to an in-app Review Bin, where you can restore items before requesting deletion from iOS. Tap Keep & Next. 4. Review everything else in Review Bin. 5. Ask iOS to delete only when you are ready. Stop choosing what to delete. Choose what to keep.
