Lorsqu’on sauvegarde les vidéos dans Keeply, après quelque jours on a plus de volume . Essayer de régler ça au plus vite . Si y’a pas de son sur les vidéos je penses que ça va pas le faire .

Great Secure Notes App
I have really enjoyed this app over the past 4-5 years. I would hate to see it discontinued due to future iOS incompatibilities!

Best to worst
This app was my go-to for password security until earlier this year they went completely dark as operating systems on Apple were being upgraded. There was no way to communicate with the app. I had no access to the app. Once they came back online, various warning appeared that they were no longer supporting the app & to download info via iTunes & to proceedat your own risk. Taking the directions to download, which were inaccurate, I discovered that not only was all my info not downloaded but also disappeared from the app altogether. As someone who recommended this app to everyone & anyone, I am deeply disappointed with the developer.

How do I deactivate my account?
Used to like this app until latest update that has informed me that storing anything on the app is at my own risk. I have removed everything off of the app but would like to deactivate it too. This is incredibly frustrating. I hope someone can inform me of how to deactivate my account?

I purchased this app back in 2017. It worked well for me up to 2020. A month ago my phone went into a reboot loop so i had to do a full reset. Loaded everything back onto my phone and low and behold all my locked info stored on the Keeply app did not reload with iTunes. So now i have lost passwords, photos and account information.

Disappointing
Used it for a few months without any problems, but all of a sudden, 99% of my data (photos, passwords, credit cards, notes etc are gone.
I have the ‘SYNC’ version, but don’t see any hints how to reinstall the back-up from Dropbox.
I hope somebody at ADMIN reads this and will help me out to retrieve my data.

Does what was required, no complaints

Absolute crap, my photos have been lost in the app for over a year, I have no way of accessing them, Keeply tell me they’re still there but I’ll have to submit all my information to them so I can see them again, don’t waste your money like I did.
Good App but when is IPhone X Update?
I like this app for keeping multiple filetypes private on my phone. But it doesn’t appear to have been updated for at least a year. Ultimately the apps I end up keeping and becoming a power user of are the ones that are constantly updated and improved upon.
Please update for IPhone X. I mean during setup it asked me if I wanted to use TouchId. Cmon now...update the app.

Subscription not working, no support
I purchased the annual subscription five days ago, an it never worked. Despite being billed and multiple emails and facebook messages to the developer, they never respond.
worst customer support
usefull app but once u try to save yr files, all files disapear and there is no help from customer care. pathetic. please dont buy this guys. u will loose all your backup.

I gave the app a second star because it does add an extra pin code to access, which is what I wanted. When I first downloaded keeply there was no limit to the number of pictures or videos I could add to an album. At some point that was lowered to 30. I can't add more without paying now, which is fair, app makers need to eat. The service just isn't worth it to me, so I decided to take my pictures out so I could store them all together.
I only gave keeply two stars because of the incredible hassle of getting my data out of the app. There's no select all option in an album, so after selecting all 200 plus pictures individually, I tried to export > save images. 3 of the pictures were saved. I found I could export 5 pictures at a time. When I originally imported everything to keeply, there was an option to delete the originals. That isn't there for exporting.
Anyways, I was going to leave a five star rating until I tried getting my pictures back. So it's probably a fine app if you only need to protect a few pictures or videos, otherwise I'd stay away.
