I can’t even access the app it doesn’t advance past the first landing page.
Fraud
Can’t Cancel and No Response! I did a free trial and canceled app but now not only did it NOT cancel, it’s still trying to bill my card! I have sent several emails with NO RESPONSE!! The only option I have is an email. No number to call for support.
Glitchy
I’m not able to add anniversary details, but my gf is. We’re not able to write notes for some reason (shows a 404 error), and when trying to un-pair (and re-pair) to see if that fixes anything, it just gives an error message. Such a cool idea for an app but I wish it worked better.
Wouldn’t connect
We made accounts, when we connected it crashed and made me make a new account. We both made multiple new accounts and couldn’t connect it again. Waste of 30 minutes
Frustrating
Can’t join my partner’s already paid account. Following the link sent through their app, it prompts me to set up an account then dumps me on the payment page. There’s no link to join my partner’s account with the code provided to them.
