Got over $1500 just sitting for over a week even had the founder reach out and say oh well wish there was more we can do smh. Just terrible excuses across the board. Blaming everyone else except fixing the problem it’s simple as a fellow business owner reimburse is a easy 30 second process only thing I can think of is business is crashing if you cant simply do that I’m so baffled with this experience. They blame the third party but it’s their app that won’t send my money to the bank their app I’m paying not the third party you guys. Honestly starting to think it’s theft at this point. If I was able to I’d give no stars.

Has the potential but lacks many accounting basics
Love the integrated booking calendar system though the information shared back to your own calendar doesn’t show who actually booked the appointment. You need to go into the software to find out.
The built in invoicing system is very limited with what can be done.
Want to set up recurring monthly or yearly invoices? Can’t be done. Want to charge someone 1.5 hours? Again, can’t be done.
The Stripe integration is BAD. It doesn’t integrate with YOUR Stripe account but instead uses KeepOns account so they control payout frequencies.
There is currently no way of setting up “payment due in X days”. The software assumes that payment will be made on the day and starts spamming with messages asking if the customer has paid.
I may relook at this in 6 months time but at the moment it isn’t replacing my real accounting software until all of the above problems are resolved.
Update 1 (Dec) - The payout frequency can be changed but you need to contact support to do it for you.

Highly recommend for independent contractors in any industry!
Attractive and user-friendly app - very affordable. Looking forward to updates and improved client experience.
Update Suggestions
I would give this app 5 stars but there’s a few things that could be changed however, overall this is a great app to use for booking especially if you’re just starting your business. Here’s what should get updated:
1. Offer more options for the brand color or make it customizable.
2. Add an option to edit and arrange products/services in order of how your prefer they should be appear online.
3. Allow subscriptions to be apart of products & services instead of only being able to offer a subscription directly to a customer. This will allow customers to see subscriptions while going through online bookings.
