The device is in the user's hands and the wireless app is dead, so why can't they still use it?

Having recently purchased a new pair of KEF X300A wireless monitors/speakers, having downloaded the so called "easy" wireless setup app, it not only doesn't work, but attempts to contact this company also DO NOT WORK, these speakers are nothing but an oversized paperweight as I specifically required a wireless setup. DO NOT PURCHASE KEF PRODUCTS, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY THEN OFFER NO SUPPORT OR RESPONSE WHEN THEIR INFERIOR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES WONT WORK!!! KEF ARE BAD, BAD, BAD!!!!!!

Great speakers, horrid app, no support
These speakers sound great. Full stop. That’s where the good news ends. The speakers seldom stay paired with your source for long, so you always need to reconnect… which the software rarely does. As of 2021, the app does not work, rendering the speakers useless. These speakers should last a lifetime, but the support and app do not.
