Waste of money

You can only time one batch at a time and it constantly wants your location. Waste of money, i totally regret it.

Even if i cant use the app to time other things as well, i have two types of kefir.

Only one batch at a time

This only lets you time one batch at a time. That doesn’t make it any more useful than the timer that comes on my phone. Was hoping to track multiple batches on different timelines…

Not very helpful

I was hoping this would help me manage my kefir fermentation projects, but it’s just a page of YouTube videos with a manual timer. There are no actual “recipes” to help you get started and track if you need to add 1 cup milk after 8 hours, then 2 cups, etc etc. Timer doesn’t even have notes to help you remember where you are in the process.

Needs more features for the price.

You should be able to track several batches of Kefir at one time. I have two batches of milk and at least two batches of water kefir. Brewing at any given time... I’d hoped that the app would allow me to better manage them. Love the timer and notifications, as well as the videos, but my aforementioned suggestions would make it so much better!

Very useful!

This app has everything that someone needs to get started with making kefir, and the timer tool is a lifesaver. I was making water kefir for months without it, and I could never remember how many days it had been and when it was ready to change. Since using this app, I never miss a batch or leave it too long and have to throw out my grains or get them back in balance. I hadn’t really looked into milk kefir - but the videos showed how easy it is.

Also - the generations tool is awesome. I’m an evangelist so I’m always giving grains to people and now I can track what happens to them over time! It’s fun!
