When I resume moving fro red dot it fails with error message.
Who knew Kegels could be so much fun?
Kegels used to be SOOO boring. But then I got this app which makes them easy and fun! Pour yourself a glass of wine, open the app and follow the detailed instructions. Focus on tightening your pelvic floor muscles while being guided by a very soothing voice championing you on during your exercise. Doing Kegels never felt so good!

no wonder. the same programming and product team worked on them. my tax dollars oaid for garbage like this?!
Very good app for self-improvement!
This app does not have all of the "bells-and-whistles" distractions of some of the other kegel apps but it doesn't need them. It does a very good job of showing your contraction strength and duration, which helps anyone looking to better themselves down to the muscle groups that very few consider exercising.
My only complaint is the error message that I sometimes get during the rest period but that may have to do with not keeping solid contact with the phone screen.
