Bad service
Really bad service, poor customer service.
Hold on while we get the latest pallet information...
I am greeted with this message nearly every time I open the Kegstar app.
This information should be downloading in the background or while using the app, as I sometimes need to wait 20+ minutes for an update with the app open.
I am unable to use my phone or iPad for anything else during this time and it is extremely inconvenient.

The app overall works as expected with only a few bugs/glitches. When there are issues you call them up and they can help as well.

A lot of work has been done to improve over the years. More features and functionality is being added all the time to help with dispatching kegs, arranging collections and adding product details.

If I could give a 0 star I would.
They are charging me for casks that have left the brewery, because their Fāing app doesnāt work..... if there were competitor Iād go to them....
And the app is crap.... Ollie however (my contact there) is great, and is doing what he can to fix the issues!

Not fit for purpose
This app is incomplete and not fit for purpose. So many things wrong with it
It wonāt get used because itās practically impossible to use. Badly designed and poorly tested a excellent example of a waste of time and money.

iPhone
Doesnāt work well on iPhones freezers all the time

App always stuck on āHold on while we fill you up screenā , uninstalled try again still same problem, got new iPhone XR , same problem. Please help. Need for work!
Cant add a location for collection
We've now got a lot of kegs waiting to be collected as they wont add our address to the app.
Hasnāt been working for a while now
I used to use this application for keg collection until it was unable to locate our place first. Now itās not even loading anymore. I did set up an automatic fortnightly keg collection system with the same company. Easier I guess.
