What's New in Keikku

3.0.0 (30003)

July 14, 2026

Scribe note titles (e.g. "Risks Or Blockers," "Meeting Type," "Participants") now display correctly translated into your chosen transcription language — Spanish, Dutch, or German — instead of always showing in English. Notes taken during General Meetings or Ward Rounds are saved with their full structure intact, so Agenda Items, Action Items, Risks/Blockers, and Decisions Made always show up correctly. The microphone source now automatically switches to your Keikku device whenever it's connected, instead of getting stuck on the phone microphone. Added German as a transcription language option. Each unassigned recording now gets its own patient entry, keeping unassigned visits properly separated. Fixed note-type labels so they display cleanly (e.g. "Ward Rounds" instead of "Ward_rounds"). Fixed an issue where phone-microphone transcriptions could fail to save. Reduced background noise picked up by voice commands during normal conversation. Various stability and reliability improvements.
