Give your accountant a window into your business. With Bookkeeper Pass (Max), you can invite your accountant or bookkeeper to a specific business by email. They follow a secure link to app.getkeipt.com — no Keipt account required — and get a 30-day session scoped to that one business. They can browse your receipts, preview images, leave notes, and flag individual receipts with questions. You see their flags on the receipt and resolve them in one tap. Access is revocable any time; up to five active passes per business. Tax reports that your accountant can actually use. From the web, your bookkeeper can generate a Schedule C-ready PDF: business header with legal name and EIN, line totals grouped by IRS category, 50% applied for qualifying meal expenses, and a methodology footer. The same report is available to you directly if you prefer to run it yourself. Every receipt category now maps to an IRS Schedule C line, and CSV exports include a "Sched C Line" column so the numbers carry through to your own spreadsheets. A fix for receipts that looked read-only when they shouldn't have. Some users were seeing their own scanned receipts show up as "Shared receipt — view only" — a sync bug that misfiled the ownership stamp on certain accounts. That's fixed. Affected receipts self-heal on the next sync; no action needed on your end.
