I like that the latest App update provides:

2.) A place to store your notes after each meditation.
3.) Written and video instructions on how to do the practice.

More information needed

The meditation instruction provided in this app is very abstract and unhelpful. What does this mean — feel your conscious awareness? What is the user supposed to feel or not feel? Think or not think?

Also, the app is not functioning correctly. When I try to listen to the recordings and videos again, they don’t play.

More instruction?

I heard a podcast on this method and was eager to try. I love the journal but I would like to have more instruction or guidance to moving my attention downwards. Maybe even some sound bath-like sounds while I "moving my attention down." I felt like I was just guessing where I need to be at a certain time.

Pretty terrible

I’m not commenting on the practice here, just the app. It’s terrible, the info page is a screenshot (with not all words visible on the page). The main function is a voice prompt / timer which is very basic. Definitely not worth paying for.

The Kelee Meditation Saved My Life

I have been practicing Kelee Meditation for over 12 years. It is the single most important activity I engage in for mental health and physical wellness. When I come to complete stillness of mind, I feel into the depth of who I really am, outside of the hustle of everyday life and the world “out there”. In this space within myself, I can find stillness and peace of mind...this is the purest form of freedom I have ever experienced. I began practicing this meditation because I was in a rough period in my life and actually at a breaking point. I was using substances to cope with the negative dysfunction in my mind, which ran like a broken record that I couldn’t control. I thought I was losing my mind from negative self talk, and I felt horribly about myself. The Kelee gave me my mind and my life back. Because of this practice, I have realized that all of those negative thoughts are compartments...bits of trauma picked up along the way...they aren’t me. With time, and with the practice, my compartments are dissolving, and I feel who I really am underneath the chaos of negative thoughts. The Kelee is a gem beyond comprehension and it has brought me to life. I am beyond grateful to this practice and to Ron Rathbun for making the Kelee Mediation Practice accessible to all.
