iPhone - Not Working Since Release
Downloaded the app at the suggestion of our Market Center. Each time I attempt to sign in, I receive a “Network not available...” error message. All other apps that require internet access are working fine, so the problem has to be with the app. Update: deleted the app and reinstalled, still the same issue. Update #2: the error “cannot reach the server” is consistent across any new iPhone I’ve received.

Doesn’t work
This app is awful. It doesn’t work at all. There’s no point in even downloading it. It just sits there. Anytime I click on anything it just says unavailable or error.
It will be good WHEN & IF it works
I have been tinkering off and on with this app for over 2 years. It has never really been consistent. In the last 6 months I can’t even access my profile or my data. I’ve tried deleting and then re-downloading and still no good. Love KW but this app is trash currently.
This app makes me sad
I love KW. I look forward to giving this app a 5 star rating one day, but for now it’s still pretty much useless.
Would be nice if the notifications actually worked.
No push notifications or badge app icons when there are new notifications (leads, client messages, etc). Have to manually open to see any new activity. Then you can’t even see that activity in the app - it only provides a link to then login to Command and see their timeline. Pretty useless app, in my opinion.

If I could give this app 0 stars I would. Absolutely worst application build ever. Doesn’t work 90% of the time and half of the commands I give it are completely non-functional.
Needs work!
Please update app, it almost never works, it has potential to be a great resource but it seems as though developers stopped keeping it updated. It lags and crashes constantly.
Update: I went to support and saw this posted 10 months ago.
Keller Williams has diverted technology resources away from the Kelle App to focus on improving Command, including a tool that will replace this App. While you can still use the Kelle App, this means Kelle App issues will no longer be supported.

Completely unusable
App hasn’t been updated by developers in over a year and is no longer recognizing my credentials. It’s astounding how much money and effort KW wasted on this white elephant.
More lead info....
So far the app is pretty good but one thing I found frustrating is when a new lead comes in, it has the leads name and contact information and that’s it. Shouldn’t it also contain what campaign they are inquiring about?
Love the app
I love how the app helps agents get organized and create leverage. However it has been crashing after I log my interactions or when I go to look at past interactions.
What the ish
I can’t flipping log in. Where is the ability to reset a password I had my iPhone set to log in with my face scan and for some reason it stopped and I have no idea what the original password is. But I can’t find where that is.

this will be an amazing tool, very useful, and all in one package! However, many of the functions remain in their infancy stage if launched at all.

Can’t use app
My app used to work. And recently, when I open it, it opens to a blank page, can’t logout, can’t switch pages, nothing. I’ve deleted and reloaded the app. Same thing keeps happening.

Far from ready
So far the app is more frustrating than helpful. Lots of Error messages and crashes. Minor bugs are expected but this level of non-function is really unproductive and unprofessional. I look forward to trying the app and they have it working more proficiently.
Will not load
I’ve contacted support several times to report the issue. All I get are emails about command and what they have done with that. Never received a response about the issue with Kelle not loading on my cell phone or iPad. It’s now been two weeks, still no resolution. I have no confidence in support now. Very unfortunate.

Grow network issues
The app froze on me looking for a specific agent name. Also, why can’t I sort the 470 agents that returned in my search so that I could better find the one I’m looking for?
