Will not work
There is no where to log in on the main page. This will not auto populate my claim no matter what I do and I can not find anywhere to log in. Crap.

The app doesn’t even open or load. I can’t go to my claims to take pictures of my car because this app closes as soon as I open it. Please fix the issue.

Got rear ended by one of their insured, app won’t even work keeps saying my credentials are not valid. They sent me the same link 3 times still no amazing amazing amazing definitely -10/10 ;|
Text never came through
Why is the only way to use this app via getting a text message from an unreliable service?

the app only lets you complete a report for one section, not to mention they insurance adjusters do not call you for any follow up for this insurance company.. i tried to check up on a status from this app and now all of a sudden the app states there is an error and i can’t pull anything up on it anymore.. nor can i log in after uninstalling and reinstalling. im starting to see this insurance is really unreliable

They limit what you can submit
They limit what you can submit to ensure that as little evidence is posted and giving them the all clear to pretend like nothing happened and not pay out.
Doesn’t allow Motorcycle VIN
Useless app: I couldn’t get past entry of VIN because vehicle was a motorcycle. Error message is: Invalid VIN. It locked up my iPhone because of this error. Had to restart. Deleted app and reported error to Kemper.
Unprofessional
Horrible app, company and customer service! These guys are very unprofessional, they rely on app and there is ZERO investment in the app development. Kemper doesn’t follow up for any services, very rude on the phone and seems like you’re bothering them when you ask for them to do their job that their getting paid for. HORRIBLE ALL AROUND

Very bad
So far, three months of follow-up, my car has not been repaired, they will deceive you, even if your coverage is comprehensive, you will pay out of pocket.

App keep crashing when ever i try to post additional pictures.
Unprofessional at it's worst
Very very Very unprofessional when handling claims!! My daughter was crashed into by a full coverage policy holder of Kemper. Long story short, the only time anyone reached out to me was after I blew their lines up, continuously, for three whole days. I was then given another lie telling me to look for an email with a link. Once again, the link never even worked😢😢😢

Only one submission allowed
A car that got rear-ended can get multiple scratches and damages in multiple areas. This only allowed me to take a picture/video of one scratch in one selected area (which is very small, for example just the left side of the rear bumper) when I had more on the right and around the sides of my car.
If an estimate is based off this one submission it is highly inaccurate.
At a minimum it should allow more than one submission for each area that has been damaged so that each damage could get a detailed review.
