Disappointing app
Wanted to order the coffee through the app for the first time and tried 7 times to used the welcome voucher for the purchase. All 7 times didn’t pass through. Transaction only pass through when used without vouchers. Please learn from other coffee chain to make a proper working app.

Notification clicked , but opens App Store instead
Clicked on notification so that I could see the vouchers/ direct user to the app. But it directs me to the app in Apple Store
No indication for hot and cold
When clicking the drink, no indication on whether the drinks is hot or cold. It only appear after checkout, it is such an inconvenience. And there no way to cancel order if i want to change from hot to cold. I asked the store person in charge and they said this problem always occur. Very disappointed bcs i like to drink Kenangan Coffee.

payment method
every single time i want to make payment through credit/debit your app bugs out and never let me click on the “submit” button. i always end up having to cancel my entire order. please fix this issue it is such a hassle the payment method cannot be used properly. and sometimes i find that the FPX option isn’t there. PLEASE FIX IT! and when an order is cancelled due to delay payment please include a page to make the payment instead of having us to reorder and cancelling.

Hey Team, your new design is incredibly distracting and untidy. Are you seriously treating your customers like complete dimwits because of the large font and icon? It could work for self-service kiosks, but not as a smartphone app. Think again, please.
