Unfriendly user interface
It could be the app or how it is set up. The user interface is hard to use and requires too many clicks to do anything. Need to improve on the UI design.
Bookee app
I don’t really have too much to say about the app itself. A yoga studio I attend uses it. This is why I have it. But I find it somewhat confusing. Most importantly there’s no way for me to delete my payment method and no way to delete myself from being on this app. It’s impossible to get help through the app or through googling online. It’s a completely hopeless situation.

My clients love this app. We have recently switched from mindbody and they find it simple and easy. It’s great from the business owners end as well.
