Since the system was updated a few months ago, I have the issue of the screen not turning to landscape any more. It will only show the screen in portrait mode

It’s not user friendly
Trying to locate older transactions has proven to be very difficult. Also, screen won’t rotate like my other bank accounts. Must keep in portrait view instead of landscape view. Ugh!

OK for a local bank
The App itsself needs a major software adjustment. Consumers are not able to connect mainstream networks to the checking or savings account Provided by KTB. As major shifts lead consumers to big financial institutions. My question begs to know why you would keep your money here.

Difficult to navigate
The new app is far more cumbersome and difficult to navigate. It is not at all intuitive and requires several more steps to complete any task than the previous one.
