I use your app to order car washes, but the app is misleading people — just like your manager with this phone number +971 54 584 2159. I ordered a wash for a minivan, and the app showed the price for an exterior and interior wash as 57.75 AED. Then the manager messaged me saying they wouldn’t wash it for that price and that it would cost 200 AED instead. This is insane — such a huge difference in price! Your manager is a liar.

Non professional service and attitude
I booked to wash 3 cars full wash ( in and out) and order got accepted for the day after
Then in the next day they texted me saying that we will not do the service because they dont cover my territory
I understand that if it was a one car order or an order for exterior wash and no more orders, but to book 3 cars to be washed and you dont consider the service.
Tips for you for next time:
1- either from origin dont accept orders
2- the order has been booked in your working hours, so even if you accepted it and you cant accommodate ot, cancel in the same day, so i could find alternative
3- when you communicate to cancel and i reply to you, have some courtesy to reply back to my text.

Issue with the app asking to update when there is no update on the App Store
The app keeps getting a pop up asking to update it to the latest version, but there is no update option available on the App Store. I tried deleting the app and downloading it again from the App Store but the same issue persists. I am unable to proceed with placing any order or setting my location as this pop up keeps appearing on every screen, and there no option to dismiss it, only option is to to go the App Store.

App is crashing!
Hi Developer - the app keeps sending a pop up that a newer version is available, but I am already using the latest version on App Store. Please fix the bug.
Convenient washing with 0 customer service
The wash service is generally very good. I was very pleased up until my subscription was cancelled with no warning and my next wash was charged at premium price despite showing 0AED at checkout. Customer service was non existent, I received a call a week after I made my complaint and was promised a call back which never happened. They clearly don’t care whether I continue as a customer or not.

Tanveer did a great job was on time polite and the result was perfect even found my Apple pen I thought I had lost inside the car ! This was the first time to use them but will definitely use again

Extremely Poor Service
Extremely poor service and disappointed after I read the good reviews. I had confirmed appointments that got cancel before the appointment by less than 2 hours- two consecutive appointments. Unreliable service with no regards and respect to time and confirmations.

Monthly charge
I subscribe for first month and I wash my car only one. They charge me extra 20 aed because they my car is to dirty, in the end of the month they take all many and they charge me from the bank for the next month. And in more thing, u have to for next day nothing for same day. To expensive. Bad experience.

Disappointed
Unfortunately i am cancelling my subscriptions that was the first time i try Keno and i had high expectations. I gave a 5 star and 10 AED tip because of trusting the process only to get in the car and find trash and stains between the seats. I will go back to my previous car service as it is cheaper and offer better services. I emailed them and their response was cold. Very disappointed.

Booked via the app in less than a minute . Selected a time and my location . Ric “The Ninja” Arrived on time and the result was brilliant. Highly recommended.
Worst experience ever
I usually don’t write reviews, but in this case i had too it was one of the worst services ever that i ever tried, lack of experience and the work wasn’t worth the money at all. If i went to any other car cleaning place for 40AED they will clean the car better than your service. Also not to mention the false advertising on your instagram account, don’t believe me? Try them and see for your self.

Bad experience
I was waiting from my 6pm since i booked the appointment at 5.30 .. 6pm came and no one called or send message to inform me about anything.. i called Mr Darwin to ask him where he is as the time was 6.13pm, he said no job was assigned to him and he is in Parkview building (it’s a building 2 minutes away from mine) he said he will check and get back to me. then i called customer service at 6.20 she ( I didn’t get her name) told me she sent a message to me at 5pm saying it will be delay (i did not receive anything) it’s clearly a mistake from someone they can easily fixed as darwin was literally 2 minutes away from my building. Customer service told me i need to wait until 7pm to get the service!!!! they completely wasted my time and have ZERO respect for clients time. I’m really upset about this and it will my last time to book with this company.
