Annoying
Keeps telling me that my location is not allowed So now I can’t even get into the app to get my money And I’m in the same spot when I was playing I’ve downloaded it 4 times now to try and get me back in to the game

This app is so darn buggy!! I would have thought since the glitches started that it would have been fixed by now. As a long term user I feel like I’m just about done using this app. For starters, we use our money to play which means we are buying the product and we should expect to watch the game but now when the game starts, it doesn’t even show the game unless you restart the app! Like I pay to play guys so if you want to keep customers you need to fix this issue. Secondly it used to show the amount you’d win depending on how much you spent on the ticket, and it also would count your winning during the game as each match comes out. Thirdly, it always needs to check your location at the most inconvenient times when you’re just about to put your final bet on, especially if it’s a kwik pick. And sometimes restarting the app doesn’t help, then you end up missing the game you payed to play. It’s really not good and considering the amount of money gets made and how big of a population plays I would hope you’re capable of fixing the damn app. Because it never used to be this way. Gambling isn’t just something people do and forget about, they play with the chances of winning money and it feels rigged when all these bugs come up because you’re constantly missing games. Fix your app. Until then I won’t be using it again.

I downloaded this because it says you can play keno but after downloading and making an account there’s no option to deposit money or to play a game.

Still glitching. Need to restart app every game. Pointless and frustrating. Miss half the draw by the time you get to see any numbers.
Needs update
Current version does not run properly on an iPhone 17e. While it will work, it will not auto refresh between draws and the app needs to be closed and restarted in order to watch live draws.
Keno app
Very bad at the moment, have to log in and out each time just to watch the draw, it’s not working right at all

Qld keno player here-I used to put a 50 game in and check it in my lunch break but you made that impossible as all I get are ACT results..?

Crash and glitch city
App crashes every 3-5 games. Live game disappears and the only way to see if again is to log out and log back in. By that time, game is over. I’ve used keno on and off for a couple years and it’s always been this way. No desire to fix the problem obviously 🤷
Lagging
For about 2 weeks now the app has been lagging no matter what I do have tried just about everything only use wifi or data no different most of the time the game has gone before I see the numbers and I only get a few seconds to put on new gams it has gone to the dog house this app

Why can’t you watch a kwikpic in play within the app?
If you pick your own numbers, you can watch the live draw and see your numbers come out, yet if you kwikpic, you can’t see the live number match.
This is a terrible oversight by the developers and kind of defeats the app’s purpose.
Please fix this.

Keno app review
Positives are the kwikpicks, for those who like to play multiple ‘chances’ per round, the kwickpicks are great. The interface and draw is good and easy to follow which of your tickets are hitting numbers in the draw. Biggest downside to this app and reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is the slow withdrawal times. Other Australian keno apps it only takes couple hours. This app only does withdrawals once per day and only on business days. So if you cash out on a Friday afternoon before a long weekend don’t get your funds until Tuesday evening

App Requires major update
I have used this app from its beginning when you could purchase tickets whilst in a venue, now it’s just used to scan my tickets for winnings, but no update in 3 months and still the apps glitching. Please update the app
Won’t scan ticket
Won’t scan tickets, won’t let you play online. Really starting to question what is the point of this app.
Buggy Rubbish
and its getting worse! Frequent bugs, latest is you scan your ticket but it loads it but doesnt seem to read the draws, recognise you wins, and you cant withdraw!
