Have spent a lot of money with KenoGo, and when I put a deposit limit on my account I was instantly cut off from any promos I was receiving. I then deleted my account for a few months & went elsewhere. Am going to give it another shot but if promos are still non existent I’m done. Also agree with a recent review in regards to time spent in the app. We are paying for an entertainment service, yet get emails from support or even apparently now cut off if watching for too long. If we want to watch our tickets being played don’t make us feel like criminals. Thats what we are paying you for!!!!
