Web connection pls
Would be great if this could be web enabled so Kensa technical support and users can log in remotely to monitor performance/remedy any issues.
Only allows direct connection
Would be much more useful if you could connect remotely or over your home Wi-Fi . This currently only allows you a direct ‘access point’ connection which basically means you need to be stood in front of your heat pump. So if you have an Evo you may as well just use the built in screen!

Entirely agree with the previous reviewer’s sentiments and comments. Without ease of use there seems little advantage in having the app. Even initial connection was not intuitive and required a second reading of the pump controller manual. Time for a decent upgrade to the app I reckon

It would be good if we could change the login details.Or at least have the option to save the details.
Won’t connect
This app doesn’t seem to connect to my shoebox either by QR or the Wi-Fi details on the box
