Hidden term and wrong advertising
When you become a member, it turns out to be a year subscription. If you want to cancel, you have to pay early cancellation fee, which is horrible. The contract is not clear, even when you pay online, it forced you to automatically accept the partnership agreement of financial service.

Be careful about signing up for a year
While I only had one lesson and that in and of itself was a great experience, please just be mindful that it’s hard to cancel if you decide you don’t want to pay monthly anymore. We moved out of the UK and were not able to get help cancelling and you can only do on desktop not on app.
Excellent Tennis Facility
Wonderful to find a tennis facility in Central London offering both group and individual lessons. I’ve found the family membership to be excellent value, and my children have made great progress. The coaches make the sessions fun and take a real interest. We have also tried the new pickleball sessions which were really fun. Well done Kensington Tennis Club!

Great one! lovely venue & good coaches
They offer classes for beginners / and advanced people for tennis and pickleball. Over 5+ outdoor courts close to Holland park. I had a wonderful experience as a beginner for tennis !!
Don’t run service based business if you don’t like providing service
Unfortunate! If you are looking for a club where you get sense of community, customer service, consistency and communication, look elsewhere. If you are looking for a place interested in your cash only and has no customer service it is your place! Very disappointing and false advertising.
Good coaches terrible admin
I have been playing at this school for a few years and recently they have become a scam. Just today, I booked on ClassPass and after showing up, they told us we have to pay 5GBP extra if we are not a member (without communicating it upfront)
I have also previously got a membership at the school thinking it was for one month, and they wanted to charge me for a whole year.
I would really avoid this school if you don’t want to have a bad day.
Tennis should be fun, and the way Kensington Tennis Club runs their business, will not be sustainable.

I have been on a one month battle with this service to cancel my membership. I very much DO NOT recommend using them for any classes as their payment practices are incredibly dodgy.
When I paid for my membership, I was not aware that you were committing to 12-months. I emailed the company to cancel my membership
(no way to do it online, by yourself), and they said that I had to pay 70% of the left over payments. I answered back giving my user feedback on how the commitment terms of 12-months was incredibly hidden, and I would appreciate a clean break. They took days/weeks to answer back my emails, with no clear resolution. Now it’s been almost a month and they have charged me again for the membership that I have been trying to cancel.
I would be incredibly weary of using their services. They claim that their group classes are £25 on their site, then when you want to book an individual class it is actually £35. Even though I enjoyed the classes and their teachers were great, their entire payment system and actual pricing is scammy.

Avoid
Some good professors but the manager is extremely rude and will provide no customer support.
Bad Customer Service
Be very careful to read ALL the terms and conditions & make sure you fully understand them as they are easily misinterpreted. Unfortunately the team are very difficult to get hold of (5 emails sent with no response) and not supportive of cancellation needs under extenuating circumstances. Turned a fun activity into a very frustrating experience. I do not recommend.

Horrible customer service
Same as other reviewers said so clearly an issue for them - never reply to emails or acknowledge them, want to milk you for all your money and only allow you to cancel 2 weeks before yearly membership renews. Intentionally terrible customer service to try get all your money
Scam
As another reviewer said, avoid avoid avoid. They don’t reply to emails or texts and they keep taking money even after you try to cancel. Save yourself the hassle.
