This app has not worked ol the past 8 months! Fix it please!

Ive used this app for a long time. It was very useful but for some reason it will no longer load. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no luck.

App Doesn’t Even Work.
I’ve worked for the state for quite some time off and on and I was happy to see there was an app. The unfortunate part about the app is it literally doesn’t work. It would have been nice to see everything I needed to see on my phone without the hassle of getting on the computer.
I give the app a 1 star rating due to the fact that it doesn’t load when you click the app icon. I hope to see this issue resolved sometime in the near future as this app could be beneficial to employees around the state.

Silence
This app was really helping to me when it worked. Not only did it suddenly stop working, but nothing has been communicated out regarding the problem or the plan to fix it. We get emails when it’s going to rain, but this seems to be low priority to the personnel cabinet.
Issues
For some reason it does not work. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled and only the logo displays. I had access before. Changing the password did not help either.
Is anyone going to fix the app?
What’s gonna get fixed faster this app or ky 389?
App stopped working
This was a very useful app when it worked. It stopped working a couple of months ago. I contacted the developers through email and I only got a response that they received my message. Hope they get it running soon. I did like this app.
Once upon a time
I have used the app for years and I too have recently been unable to get it to open and work. Weeks have gone by and no-one has addressed the problem?
Does not work anymore
I have used it for years now it’s stopped and when I say Stop I mean Stop not matter what I do!!!

I’ve been using this app for several years with no issue. For the past month it won’t even load. Uninstalled downloaded again and nothing changes. Two other people I’ve talked to also have this issue. Please fix so I don’t have to log into KHRIS all the time!
App was useful when working
Used Kentucky personnel cabinet app often for taking online classes through My Purpose and checked my pay and leave quantities through Khris. But the app has quit working for last few weeks.
