Very Disappointed
My app was working with my Kenwood (more or less) in 2025. I downloaded the Jan 2026 app, and now I can no longer access traffic on my unit. Their system somehow things I’m a new user and won’t access my registration. Kenwood support threw up their hands and referred me to Inrix, who has been unresponsive for many weeks. The app has Kenwood’s name on it, so they should support it…but they wont!

Doesn’t work
Don’t waste time downloading this. It doesn’t connect. Kenwood say inrix are aware of an issue but they don’t seem to be inclined to fix it as the service is being discontinued . After this experience I will avoid all inrix apps in future.
Inrix Should Be Embarrassed
It’s shameful to even call this an app. Works rarely, at best. Zero user end support, zero UI fluidity and zero effort.
Server abgeschaltet?
Seit April Mai 2025 keine Verbindung mehr möglich! Wahrscheinlich hat Kenwood die Server für Verkehrsfunk abgeschaltet.
Broken for 6 months
When it worked it was acceptable, although it insisted that you sign in every time it connects. Unfortunately sign in has been broken for over 6 months. Support only says that “Japan know about the problem and are working on it “ . Sounds like a part time single developer. We expect better from JVC.

KENWOOD Traffic
Awful app. You need to enter first name, surname and email address every time you turn on ignition. Mostly doesn’t connect or work even when you enter info. Don’t waste your time, I’ve wasted mine for you.

Total scam
Does not work. Could not even sign up. It tells me to enter my name and email address to sign up, then it tells me my sign “in” is incorrect when I am supposed to be just setting up the account. So typical of how things work in this country these days.
Can’t create account

Seit Wochen kann ich mich mit meinem Login nicht mehr einloggen, demnach auch keine Trafficdaten mehr. Dafür brauche ich kein Navi
Kein Login, seit drei Monaten mehr möglich.
Schlecht gepflegte Software. Kein Login seit drei Monaten mehr möglich. Ständig die Meldung: die Konten Daten sind falsch! Neues Konto angelegt. Selbes Problem. Nie wieder KENWOOD. Wer nach drei Monaten nicht in der Lage ist, das Problem zu beseitigen, hat offensichtlich kein Interesse an seinem Kunden.

Kein Login mehr möglich
Eigentlich ein Grund das Gerät zurück zu geben. Das Kenwood Navi kommt mit dieser App für Verkehrsanbindung. Login seit einem Jahr nicht mehr möglich. Andauernd Fehlermeldungen. Support Fehlanzeige.

nach ca. 50 Anmeldeversuche habe ich es aufgegeben! immer wieder kam die meldung dass die Anmeldedaten falsch sein! bei vorname, name und email kann man ja nicht viel falsch machen!
