Pésimo soporte al cliente “NO LA RECOMIENDO”

He pedido dos veces con esta aplicación y siempre hay problemas. La primera vez el pedido tardó 3 horas en llegar, la segunda vez el pedido fino incompleto y fueron incapaces de brindarme una solución.

Mal servicio

5 horas para que me llegara la comida. Decepción total con el servicio y eso que me lo habían recomendado. Atención al cliente regular, las primeras dos horas no me pararon mucho hasta que me puse intensx y me decían “el repartidor va en camino con su pedido”. No se si fue las cantidades de pedidos que tenían o que pero muy mala la experiencia pidiendo delivery en esta app.
