About
Tap a widget. Done.
Add a Kept widget to your Home Screen, Lock Screen, or Control Center. Today it is grey. Tap it — it turns amber. You kept it.
No app to open, no timer to read, no number to beat. Just today, and one tap.
What Kept gives you
- A widget you tap once, anywhere iOS puts widgets. Small, Medium, Large, Lock Screen circle, and Control Center in iOS 18 — all one tap.
- A ten-second way to start a habit. Pick a name, pick an icon. That is the whole form.
- A quiet year you can look back at. A heatmap fills a dot for every day you kept it. Half a year in, you have a picture of who you have been.
- A "done" you can ask for out loud. "Hey Siri, water." Lock screen stays closed, habit stays kept.
Kept on purpose
- No account. No email, no sign-in, no password to forget.
- No cloud. Your days stay on your phone. Nothing leaves it.
- No tracking. No analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, no third-party code.
- No streak count. No percentages. No charts. A dot lit, or not.
- No social feed. No friends' graphs. No leaderboard. Just you and today.
Made for iPhone, iOS 17 and newer.
