Pointed my phone at my water heater and the app knew exactly how old it was and what I needed to do. Wild.
super scanner
i love being able to use a scanner instead of typing up my responses. I tried HomeZada but it felt like it was stuck in the 80s and I just did not like the experience on using that platform so I canceled my subscription. After researching I found this and it’s way better
Wish I had this when we bought our first home
We bought our first home seven years ago and had no clue what maintenance to do. Got a little better through all the stuff going wrong. Our agent got this for closing on our new home and feel like we are crushing owning it.
Piece of mind
I’m the kind of person that has tossed or lost my manuals. Then when something breaks, it’s not fun and takes longer to resolve issues. I realized I could have prevented so many problems if I had just remembered to service systems in my home. I really like how easy it was to add my appliances. I was able to pull up manuals and was told what to do to avoid the same problems from happening again. I just cleaned out my laundry duct, and my clothes are drying faster and I’m saving on electricity! I highly recommend this app!!!
