Worst Matrimony App I’ve Used
This is, without a doubt, one of the most frustrating apps I’ve ever used.
The app is painfully slow, barely refreshes properly, and keeps showing the same profiles over and over again as if there are no new users. The interface feels poorly thought out, with options scattered randomly, making even basic navigation unnecessarily difficult. It honestly feels like a rushed, unfinished product rather than a premium matrimonial platform.
The biggest disappointment is that we paid for a premium subscription expecting a quality service. Instead, we got an app that constantly wastes our time. By the time a page loads, a traditional marriage broker could probably have found us a suitable match.
For the amount Kerala Matrimony charges, this level of performance is unacceptable. Premium users deserve a reliable, polished experience not an app that feels like it was launched without proper testing. Save your money unless they seriously improve the app’s speed, stability, and user experience.

"I am extremely disappointed with their service. Despite paying for the Prime Gold package, I did not receive relevant profiles from my preferred locations. I was only shown a limited number of profiles for three months, with no new additions. Furthermore, many of the 'verified' profiles turned out to be inactive or already married. When I contacted customer support, they suggested I upgrade to a higher package to get assistance, which is unacceptable. Do not trust this service."

Disappointing Experience with Poor Support and Platform Integrity
This is one of the most poorly designed applications I have come across. Even when attempting to reach customer support regarding issues clearly originating from their end, the response has been dismissive and unhelpful. When I tried to explain a bug I encountered, there was no willingness to acknowledge or address it.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against using this platform. The overall environment does not feel safe or purpose-driven. A significant number of users appear to misuse the platform for casual interactions rather than genuine matchmaking.
I would particularly caution women to be mindful before investing their time here, as the experience may not meet expectations.

I’m very disappointed with my experience on the app. When I purchased Prime, I barely received any matches. However, right after my Prime subscription expired, the app suddenly started showing that I have many matches and is now asking me to restart Prime to view them.
This makes the experience feel misleading and gives the impression that matches are being restricted while the subscription is active just to encourage another purchase. I expected a fair and transparent service when paying for Prime.

Terrible
Every time when i try to log in its asking for otp terrible app i have paid around 12k even though i called the customer care nobody is answering the call
The app has so many bug and is very frustrating
The app has bugs:
- Clicking on button doesn’t works as matter of fact anywhere on the screen most time clicks doesn’t work.
- the back button doesn’t work
- the app also get hangs, basically doesn’t react at all.
- The matches are very poor.

Horrible assisted service
I have taken assisted service from kerala matrimony and it costed me almost 20k for 3 months. The relationship manager made me take it at night 11. And i was assured complete service. And after the payment i had to go behind the RM to get profiles and get a call from the RM for 3 months. The funniest part is you pay the money but you dont get to call the “Relationship Manager”. Its always at their time and convenience. Its all a huge scam. I lpst my energy and mental health running behind the RM. I was promised that my membership will be extended as they couldnt provide the services for few days. Saying some lame excuses. But once the 90 days are done, you wont get the trace of them. They wont even contact you or get the feedback of the profiles which is already connected. If yoy miss their call you have to wait for another 2-4 days for their call. Only if you force them. If you dont message them they wont even look you back. Please donot fall for this assisted service scam. Its just them getting money from you.

Very bad experience
In the beginning they said me to 3600 for membership after paying they said there is a class you only paid 3600 so you are lower class if you want to upgrade to another class pay more money. I decided not to pay for such a discrimination. Now one of their executive called me regarding renewing membership as my 3 months premium is over. And that guy insulted me . Kerala matrimony is completely fraud.

Worst app and worst service ever they will keep on sending requests and once u are a full member u need to pay for each and every service , they are linked to divorce matrimony app they keep on sending messages and request , when u become a full member, that’s it . Waste of money .
Frequent Freezing and Repeated Login Issues
The app freezes very frequently, which makes it frustrating to use. On top of that, every time I close the app and reopen it, I’m forced to log in again using a password or OTP. This is inconvenient and not a good user experience. Please work on fixing the freezing issues and improve session handling.

Serious Issues With Your Application — Needs Immediate Fix
When I open your application, there are many bugs every time. The app closes automatically very often, so I cannot use it properly. Also, it repeatedly asks me to log in, enter my mobile number, and submit the OTP. Please fix these issues because the application is not functioning well.
