this few days keep on having payment issue couldnt load to calender page or it will stuck while at calender page.

While I had already make booking payment but the car park will still full before I entered, I already book for parking, why it didn’t reserve the parking to user who already paid?

Been able to rent out my parking space monthly for a little while now. I love making some extra cash on the parking space I don’t use 😊
Double Charge!
I have made payment to exit but the app’s history doesn’t show my record, ended up i have to Book again and make 2nd payment AGAIN! WORST parking apps ever!
Apps totally can’t book
This apps is really rubbish that I never saw. Apps totally can’t use for book as the progress will stop at select parking type and can’t select date for parking.
A Must Have
I used to dread parking in new places, but Kerb has completely changed that. It's so easy to find and book a safe parking spot through the app. I love that I can pay directly through the app, and the customer service is always helpful.
If you're looking for a hassle-free parking solution, I highly recommend Kerb!

If I try and change the time, it goes to a black screen and freezes. Please fix your bugs.

I initially needed the parking space I booked with the Marajo G through this app only for a day, but have since been renewing monthly for almost 8 months now. It’s been very convenient finding a safe, worry-free experience parking space using this.

This app is fantastic! I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a parking slot. My experience with them was incredibly smooth—no lag in the app, and booking is quick, with approval within 24 hours. Payments are hassle-free since it's all done online. I just wish they would add GCash as a payment option. That's the only thing missing. Thanks to the Kerb app!

DO NOT SAVE YOUR CARD ON THIS APP
I’ve had an unauthorised transaction of $40 on my card and the only way to contact them is through an enquiry form that you can’t submit on your phone because you need to download a stupid plugin to use captcha. The worst part is the carpark is made of gravel and potholes and I’ve scraped the underneath of my car several times that’s how bad it is, yet I always pay and still got charged!

Hi Roma. We have previously communicated through email and clarified that KERB did not charge you $39.99. We advised you to check with your bank to determine the origin of the charge. However, we have yet to receive a response from you via email. We have already contacted the car park operator regarding the status of the car park.

Very Useful
The app is very useful and convenient to use. Very real-time when entering and exiting the parking gates. Maybe, the hourly rate should be re-considered as it is quite pricey compared to other parking. But overall, the app is superb and a game changer. Thank you! :))
Rubbish app
No useful at all. Forced download yet not able to detect and record the parking session in app. Scanning QR redirect to web. Had to do few times for payment process because the stupid website keep failing. What’s the point of downloading the rubbish app?
