TERRIBLE APP
The app is not user friendly at all. literally makes me want to bang my head against a wall everytime i try to log in. horrible
Great Bank HORRIBLE APP
I’ve been banking with KCFCU for years, and when it comes to customer service, reliability, and in-person experience, they’re absolutely top-notch. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Whether it’s opening a new account, handling a loan, or resolving an issue, they’ve always gone above and beyond. I genuinely trust them with my finances, and that says a lot.
But the app? It’s a different story.
The mobile app is clunky, outdated, and full of bugs. It crashes often, the interface feels like it hasn’t been updated in years, and basic tasks like transferring funds or depositing checks are more frustrating than they should be. Sometimes it won’t even log me in without multiple tries. It’s especially disappointing because so many people rely on mobile banking now — and it feels like the app is stuck in the past.
If KCFCU ever decides to invest in a real digital experience that matches their excellent in-person service, they’d be unbeatable. Until then, it’s a five-star bank with a one-star app

Very easy and user friendly

This app is so glitchy and pretty much never works
App always fails to log in even tho I use Face ID
I only use Face ID to access my account and yet it will say incorrect password then lock me out
Much needed update!
App WAS horrible in my opinion. Recent update addressed all issues and I honesty wouldn’t change a thing in the current version.
Resetting my password
I’m trying to reset my password but somehow the app is not sending me the reset email.

Graphic overhaul, underwhelming performance
While this version of the app looks like KCFCU is trying to upgrade visuals it looks a bit rough and almost too many colors which isn't that big of a deal.
The main issue is the performance. The app is SLOW compared to the other original app. It also does not remember your login despite having the option to do so. Having to log in so often is annoying, especially when I'm trying to move money on the fly.
The app seems to have a caching problem and has to load your commands several times during your chosen operation.
Needs some major improvement.
