Love the company, don’t love the app
So let me start by saying that I love Kerusso as a company. I have many t-shirts from their various brands (Cherished Girl, grace & truth, Kerusso) and I enjoy wearing them all! The products themselves are wonderful, and I have no complaints in regard to quality, shipping, etc. However, this app really needs some work. I do appreciate the ease of adding items to my cart and the smooth checkout process. It’s also nice to be able to track my orders. Now for the issues: the wishlist does not work. I can’t even view it. I’ve tried to delete my wishlist, thinking this might reset it, and the app won’t even let me do that. Also, when I get push notifications on my phone, it says something like “We noticed you recently added None to your wishlist. Great find!” What does “None” mean? I would expect it to say an actual name of a product that I added to the wishlist. Somehow there’s a disconnect here. This needs to be fixed. Also, when I click on “Collections” at the bottom of the app, and then select one of the categories to view, regardless of which category I select it says “NO RESULTS, We were unable to find the product you were looking for.” This tab “Collections” should be functional, and it also doesn’t contain all the categories of products that you sell. I will continue to use the app to make purchases and support the company, but I hope that someone at Kerusso sees this and addresses the needed corrections to the app to make it more user friendly.
