What's New: Advanced Wildfire Awareness: View satellite fire detections, active incidents, official fire perimeters, and smoke conditions. Get warnings when a planned route passes near an active fire. Area Study: Draw, measure, annotate, and save detailed studies of any location, including range rings, bearings, and notes. Land Navigation: New UTM/MGRS and Maidenhead grid overlays, coordinate readouts, and bearing tools for navigation and amateur radio. Smarter Routing: Vehicle-aware routing for trucks, RVs, and motorcycles, plus obstacle avoidance and improved route calculations. Enhanced Security: Stronger on-device encryption with recovery-key support and encrypted pin sharing. Expanded Hazard Coverage: Additional avalanche, tropical weather, and wildfire data sources. We've also improved map reliability, weather updates, and alert accuracy, along with numerous fixes throughout the app. Thank you for using Keryx Maps. Stay informed, stay prepared, and keep exploring.
