Reporter Training needed
When reporting accidents throughout the valley, there should be a title, a description of the accident and a conclusion. The reporters are not even attempting a conclusion. When it appears law enforcement is cleaning up the scene, approach an officer and ask a few more detailed questions. Questions could be, in your opinion, how do you think this collision occurred?
Were you able to determine who was at fault?
Law enforcement is approachable.
The way the reporting is presently done, it leaves the readers hanging, wanting more information.
As a retired law enforcement officer, I spoke to the media many times. Give it a try. It will improve your stories.
Oscars
Horrible
A little news. A lot of ads.
How much vetting do you do?
