Never accurate
I bought the device and loaded the app and it was consistantly wrong, like by a lot. The temp was off, PH Balance, Chlorine levels, everything. I emailed support with no reply, so no good service either. I'd avoid. I had the Phin which was great but they went out of business.
Just got it
I just started using the app and device today. First impressions are favorable. I would like to see a watch app and HomeKit or Alexa compatibility.
Nice app but one request…
App works well, but could you please add the capability to Let me choose what PH that I prefer? For example I like mine a little lower than 7.4 so that the chlorine works better. If I could do this then it would only warn me when it was outside of my preferred range.

The device works well. There was a delay shipping the device, but the issue was resolved.

We are very satisfied with this product and the peace of mind knowing the water is safe for swimming. It is right at your fingertips and you can see your pools PH LEVEL, water level, temperature, and sanitizing level. You know right away if your pool needs to be shocked or acid added to your pool. We have a saltwater pool. It's real-time without running to the pool store with a sample. You can see the effects of the weather and people swimming in your people. You can easily keep it perfectly balanced. No more algae in your pool. You feel confident anytime someone wants to jump in your pool it is safe and clean! I look at it every day and have made maintaining the pool so much easier. It has an easy red, yellow, and green system to visually see if your pool is balanced. If someone doesn't have the app they can stand on the device at the skimmer for a color reading of the pool chemistry.
The power comes from solar power at the skimmer. It can also be charged by a USB port. It works off of Bluetooth from your home internet wifi. I have become addicted to this product and takes away the worry and guesswork. Thank you for a great product from a mom who is the pool person at my house!!
