Didn’t find anything about in app purchases! In order to use the app you have to buy it but it doesn’t give you that info until after it’s downloaded!

Waste of money

It’s $40 for a year but if you want to add your own recipes or add sides to a meal, you need to track those in another app. If you want to modify the recipes it gives, you need to do it in another app. There are very few recipes for the price, and some of the ingredients aren’t even keto friendly. They give you an option to omit ingredients, but the plan still includes recipes with those ingredients! Don’t waste your money, just buy a cookbook and plug the meal plan into another tracking app.

Thank you for your feedback, sorry the app is not the right one for you. We designed it for people who need a plan and want to easily follow it and don't have time for looking up other recipes. There are extra recipes in the app, tap on replace button to view them all. Our feature for "omitting" (as you say) ingredients, doesn't omit them, instead it "alerts" you of those ingredients so you can choose to still make the recipe, but swap the ingredient for a different ingredient. So you still get the value of the recipe. It's an alert system, rather than removal.

This is not worth anything! Do not click or sign up!!!

Want my money back

Again like so many of the reviews you can’t try out the app without paying for some thing so I paid for the year subscription I canceled it in my apple Subscriptions account but how do I actually get my money back in my checking account

Keto. Expensive

Just ordered this thinking it would be a one off payment but it’s a monthly pay in thing! Very pricey!! Not worth it get a book instead!

Hi, sorry you don't find value in our meal plan app. We charge monthly because we update it weekly with new plans. It's a lot of work to maintain, but of course it's not for everyone. Sorry it's not the right app for you.

Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel it, you must cancel in your App Store Settings. This app claims to free (with in-app purchases) but actually Requires! a $9.99 per month subscription in order to use it.

We mention all this in the app store description - You are not Required to pay to use this app. The first week is free (with full access to everything in the app to try it out). If you don't want to keep it, simply cancel before the week is up to avoid being charged. If you want to keep using it then Yes it's $9.99 USD/mo. But keep in mind that it's a comparable price for meal plan services out there. We give new plans every week. Best of luck to you.

Disappointing

Can't even get to first page without signing up to buy. Have no idea what the app can do.

I couldn't use it

Even before I finished my profile, the app was trying to make me pay. I'm not sure what; I have purchased disabled. It was disappointing.

Hi Rhennaya, You are in no way obligated to pay anything with this app. We actually offer a free 7 day trial when you subscribe. So you get full access to everything for 7 days for FREE. You only have to pay if you decide to continue after the free trial. Cancel before trial ends to avoid being charged, if you decide the app is not valuable to your needs.

Not really what I was looking for...

And I think the content was lacking for the subscription price. I wasn't that thrilled with the premium content enough to continue my subscription.

I was also looking for a calculator that would make it easier for me to piece together a meal plan myself.

I think some more development is required to demand the $10.00/month price tag. For me, the value just wasn't there. I might reconsider in the future.

If you choose to continue after the trial then you'll get new content, support & more every week. Or you can choose to cancel & you will not be charged anything. Please feel free to chat with us in the app further if we can clarify anything.

Misleading

While the app itself is free to download, I can not access any content without purchasing a monthly subscription. They offer a 1 week free trial but will automatically charge your Apple account if you do not cancel in a timely manner, so do not forget to cancel if you don’t want to pay! The review does speak about in-app purchases but I do not see anywhere that it is explained about actually having to “trial” or purchase the subscription to access any content. In my opinion, I’m not interested in an app that I run the risk of being charged for just to see if I’m even remotely interested in what it has to offer.

Not for me

I’m not happy with this app, videos won’t play all the way thru. I want out of the trial, it said to cancel in settings...not there!
I will have to go get help! Maybe works better for someone else!

I think we chatted in the support tab & got this resolved for you, but in any case - on the video issue, make sure you've got a decent internet connection when you first watch them, they have to download first. On the trial cancellation, it says to cancel in your iTunes subscriptions settings - that's the same for all apps & an Apple requirement - but again I think we got that worked out with you in our support chat.
