Not compatible with IOS9

One of my favorite fitness apps but not working after I upgraded to IOS9

Fantastic

This is one of the best values for money if you are looking for a tough and solid kettlebell program. Great instruction, great app. Just get it and do it, you will not be disappointed.

Really weak

This is just a bunch of videos. No training about how to do it well. Just have to watch. Much better videos in other apps. Plus better workouts. After paying for it, and seeing they want more for more videos…don't feel it is worth it all. Recommend to avoid.

Kick Butt!!

Intense workout, and you're able to make it as hard or as easy as you want depending in how heavy your bells are. Great for first timers or advanced level athletes!

Great... But

Needs a workout routine similar to the Fat Loss app.

Extreme Weight loss

I have been doing this routine for about 6 months now, along with diet and bike riding. I have lost from 299lbs down to my present 236. But the numbers don't tell the whole story. I have gone from a 46 in waist to a 34 in waist and my musculature is looking bulked. Resting heart rate of 56 and a BP of around 96/60. I am 52 years old.

I watch the strength routine and perform in time with Samuel. If this is not a good workout for you, then I really don't want to meet you on a dark street. This still kicks my butt. I am using 16KG (1 pood) kettle bells.

Get this now and work in to it. If you are not already exercising hard then start with a lighter bell.
