Je ne comprends pas les avis positif de cette app car elle ne fonctionne tout simplement pas, j’ai testé une vingtaine de musiques dont je connaissait déjà la gamme, et l’application a trouvé la bonne gamme que pour 3 ou 4 musiques, elle n’est donc pas fiable du tout, et payer pour ça non merci, je ne recommande pas !

Not working
I’ve had this app for a good year or 2 and it all of a sudden stopped working today. It won’t pick up any sound and the mic is enabled.
Works just fine
It took some time to figure out the way the app runs, but it’s fairly easy to use and pretty accurate for musical purposes. Tbh, it’s suitable to use and have if you don’t have mixed in key.
This app does not do what is Says it does,
Simply does not work, it won’t give you an accurate key, do not buy.

Do not buy. Complete waste of money and provides nothing more than basic metronome which you can get as a free app.
Not accurate
I analyze all of my music with Mixed In Key and tested Mixvibes ageist their analysis (which is the best in the industry). Mixvibes was close, it was plus or minus 1 step consistently. If this is the only thing you use for key detection it will probably work fine, but it was disappointing in contrast with real key detection that relies on the actual files instead of the mic.

I took the reviews with a grain of salt bought for myself anyway and it seems to work just fine.
Bad interface.
I didn’t think I was using the app correctly.
The start button only changes color. It is not clear when the device is listening and analyzing the music.
I can’t tell if the display is updated or stuck in a setting mode.
I don’t trust this app and regret buying it.
I couldn’t find instructions. The description only promises that it is easy.
Too bad it is not as described. It would have been nice to have this app working.

Not accurate
Doesn’t work. I’ve tested it on known keys of popular songs and it’s quite far off.
Good but not for the lazy
The poor reviews of this app had me very cautious. However, the app performs perfectly fine if you’re musical and have intuition and common sense. The app basically detects frequencies (such as 440Hz), assigns it a note name (e.g. A4) and suggests a key or chord (such as A Major). This is based on analysing multiple frequencies (eg recognising a chord/scale such as A C# E G# B D)
If you know music and know what you’re doing, this app is fantastic. However, if you’re looking for an app to spoon feed you the key signature in a foolproof way, then the joke’s on you.

Update
Never been perfect but I could go with this app quite well. I like it because it is simple but it has started misbehaving recently. I thing you should work on some update, guys as the app wasn’t even free, if I know well.
