This app was created to solve a real problem I personally faced (and still see other investors facing) when investing out of state — finding reliable boots-on-the-ground.
KeyBee connects investors with local agents who can help with property checks, photos, walkthroughs, and access when you can’t be there in person.
This is an early version, and we’re actively improving it, but the core idea works and the need is very real.
