Keyfuels Sites

Some sites / garages that no longer participate in Keyfuels or even sell fuel are still shown on the map. So after wasting time & fuel to get there i have to find & re-route to another. Drivers / users should be able to report sites /garages like this to be reviewed and removed.

Fuel Station Finder

Very slow and at times non compliant in finding Keyfuel Stations when on the road. Currently sat on my WiFi with a Keyfuels Station 500 yards from me and the app won’t pick it up! That’s the whole reason behind it. Not good

Worst app going ! Never had a good experience, this app never shows me anything it’s honestly quicker to drive to every station in the area and ask personally. When the app finally loads up to go to the station to be told it’s not a key fuels site.

My only issue I have is that when I’m on the road it seems very slow to find garages nearby . I think instead of having a blanket search of a area it would be beneficial to have a option to put in your start and end destination so the app could find the petrol stations along the route

A lot better

Much better than before only missing being able to apply your card to the filter so you don’t get there and your cards not accepted 🤬my card is discounted Diesel so can be a pain to find stations

The latest app release is simply amazing.
It is simpler, clearer, less hassles of navigation , concise and delivers exactly what you need when rushing to find a nearby station. Does the job in a second. Good work keyfuels developer !!

Card type

The new update is great but I now can’t see what type card I can use (ie black or yellow) and I’ve looked in the filter section and there isn’t a card type option?? When there use to be on the old version

No card list

My app doesn’t show me what cards I can and can’t use at the stations. All of my colleague's can see what card they can use though ie blackcards, still an easy app to use, just a shame about this problem I’m having.

Hello, we appreciate you sharing this feedback with us. Regarding the card types, these are not shown directly on the Keyfuels app however, you are able to filter by card type. This may change in the future as we issue new updates but the filter options will still help with this issue. Thank you the great rating and we appreciate you taking the time to let us know.
