Keyplan

Keyplan is a real-time solution where the entire facility part of a holiday park can be coordinated and managed from; from the Housekeeping to the Landscaping, from the Technical Department to the activities of the reception. Through a natural workflow, all tasks and notifications within the park always reach the right person in the field. Because of the Keyplan application, everyone always knows what their tasks are for the day. Important to Keyplan is that it can be linked to the reservation system of a holiday park. This means that information within Keyplan about the rental or the landlord is always up-to-date. Because information comes from a reservation system and people from the field, there is always a status overview of the bungalows in the park (is a bungalow clean? Are there any tasks within a bungalow?). Keyplan thus functions as a to-do application for employees, but also as a source of information for managers and reception staff, for example. In addition, Keyplan offers the possibility to resolve complaints quickly and effectively.
