App will not open
It just hangs at the opening screen. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. iOS 17.3.

The app could definitely be improved in some areas, but it does exactly what it is supposed to do. I wanted to leave a review because the only one I saw said the app doesn’t work, but you have to realize this company had just gotten started whenever that review was made.
The app does work and the people behind it are great. I was able to schedule a ride and the owner himself called me to let me know the status of his drivers and to give me an ETA. When I let him know I was in a bit of a rush he called a few of his drivers and had someone on the way to me ASAP.
I would like the option to tip my driver over the app, luckily I had cash on me but that’s not always the case and I didn’t see an option to leave a tip.
The price for the ride was similar to Uber or Lyft, reasonable for the distance I was going and neither of those services are available in Keystone so this is really something we’ve been needing here.
I wish this company much success in the future! Just keep doing what you’re doing and try to improve wherever you can and I believe you will be very successful! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
