i ordered the 60 pcs popcorn chicken deal for £5.99 and added 4 peices of original recipe chicken to that for £4 best kfc deal iv ever had. however they overcharge for kfc chicken when delivered xxx

Reminders reward app just not honour it so they lost an customer due to loss of trust of winning something I was not allow it when I won it
Precise location needed for reward code
Why do you need to show a precise location when I want to show my rewards code? There is no need for KFC to have that.
Used to be a good app
The free chicken was nice however they have recently made it mandatory to share your location in order to get rewards, the fact that they have made it mandatory brings into question why they are so desperate to know where you are at all times.

You really need to get your acts together and allow the customer the option of whether they want to add salt on their food, also you’ve taken away the option of hot drinks and taken away the option if whether someone wants mayonnaise but have introduced all these other sauces which are none of what I like!!. Therefore my options are limited when having a meal at KFC and due to this I limit my custom with kfc and instead opt to go elsewhere where I can have mayonnaise and a hot drinks!

Both KFC’s near me advertise £7.99 10 mini fillets yet not available in-app. Also prices are more in app than real life. So bad.

placed order in restaurant on my smartphone. Thought this taking a while. So check time on order and the was sent to a different restaurant to the location I was in.
Spoke to staff. One KFC staff advised the the app is rubbish, but nothing he can do. Just gave tele no to call. Lines closed. Chat bot just gave loads of leaflets to read. Thankfully lots of other better chicken restaurants
