Both KFC’s near me advertise £7.99 10 mini fillets yet not available in-app. Also prices are more in app than real life. So bad.
App place the order elsewhere
placed order in restaurant on my smartphone. Thought this taking a while. So check time on order and the was sent to a different restaurant to the location I was in.
Spoke to staff. One KFC staff advised the the app is rubbish, but nothing he can do. Just gave tele no to call. Lines closed. Chat bot just gave loads of leaflets to read. Thankfully lots of other better chicken restaurants

Demand and regional pricing, different prices for delivery, collection and in store. Can’t apply discount as removes deals. Cant purchase dips in app, - wish they’d of spent the rebrand cash on better quality. I mean, we’re paying for app, tech and marketing when I just want good chicken, that’s why I support local business now. This meal and experience was my last.
Also, our KFC doesn’t honour any deals or promotions even though a regular drive thru on in a city centre. Absolute joke - you pay for all this branding, marketing but you let idiots who are short sited choose what offers to allow. This is why I now choose other places.

Got bargain bucket today and gravy, unfortunately the gravy was not to usual standards which we ended up leaving.
The gravy was very thin and tasteless, this is the first time I have had to complain but was very disappointed

For some reason the app has always given me log in issues, you try Facebook, Apple ID, email….. you just get stuck in a loop of “something went wrong”
