I ordered at round about 2:30 and almost 1 and half an hour gone and still not received my order and it’s not the first time but every time. Kindly fix this issue or i’m not using kfc anymore.

Post-recent update adding address is super difficult and next to impossible
Ultimately gave up and ordered from someplace else
Address was saved but after update it disappeared and now adding a new address is so stupid it never accepts anything that I am entering

They are literally stealing money from you, the first time it happened i thought it was a glitch, i had to reorder and THEY DID NOT REFUND MY MONEY. Please don't use your card info here. Next time i chose the option to bring the card machine, and when i punched in the card, there was no receipt, he asked me to punch again, my amount got deducted twice and the rider told me it will be refunded. Horrible Experience. NEVER GOING TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM EVER AGAIN.

All not working?
Everytime I tried to order via app, it says: STORE IS CLOSED NOW! Then I have to order via KFC Pakistan website. Kindly resolve this issue.
The old app was completely fine
I don’t know who told kfc management to change the app design which has lead to an app full of bugs.
It takes forever to load and you cannot choose payment options. It only allows payment by cash on delivery (even if you choose by card).
