The app is easy to follow and makes ordering very convenient!
USELESS APP NOT WORKING
No status of order. If you will not call them you will not knwo the status. When they answer phone calls there are no greetings it was like calling just somebody yu know poor customer service
ERROR IN THE APP
It's frustrating that everytime I click on something in the app, it will automatically open my chrome and show "recaptcha" and when I go back to the application, click my address, it will open my chrome again and the same error will reflect. Then another error is when you're trying to place an order, IT WON'T GO THROUGH AS IT WILL REFLECT THAT YOU HAVE A PENDING ORDER THAT IS BEING PREPARED WHICH HAS BEEN DELIVERED ALREADY A FEW WEEKS AGO!!!! Disappointing. Even after basic troubleshooting and waiting for a week before installing the app again, the error is the same.

Don’t ever order from this app
How is it possible in 2025 that your app cannot show whether an order is even on the way? To make things worse, if I pay online, there’s no option to get my money back when your service fails. That is beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable.
This is not just an inconvenience — it’s a waste of my time and money. If you cannot deliver on time, at the very least customers should be able to track the delivery and get a refund when your system fails.

It was quick to place an order and good thing they have e-wallets available on the app to pay in convenience
Confirmed delivery but not received by store
I ordered and got confirmation via app with COD payment but the store said they didnt receive my order. They had me order again after 1hr of waiting only to tell me to just cancel my order and use Grab instead. I waited almost 2hours for nothing. Useless app. They said the server is down but im receiving confirmation with the app and email that they received my order and I got an ETA too.

Worst Food Ordering Experience Ever
I just wanted to order FOOD, not get a headache. This app is a complete nightmare.
1. You can’t copy-paste your card number on iPhone. Seriously? It’s 2025. Every other app allows this.
2. You can’t copy the contact information either. Everything is manual, super inconvenient when you’re already frustrated.
3. The worst part: The app CHARGED my card, but DID NOT create an order. No confirmation, nothing. Now I have to chase down a refund AND reorder my food.
This is unacceptable for a big brand like KFC. Instead of convenience, this app caused me stress and wasted my time. I had to email customer care, attach screenshots, and basically beg to get my money back and my food delivered.
If you value your sanity, don’t use this app until they fix these issues. Absolutely disappointed.

Terrible App
I’ve just downloaded this app to order dinner. Order added to cart, paid online using my debit card then after confirming that the payment I did not get any order confirmation, or that the order is in the kitchen whatsoever so I called them. Turns out, the order did not go through but the payment was already debited from my card. Customer care said they’ll process a refund but it’ll take up to 5 banking days. This is what I get for ordering from KFC through their app. I regretfully write this review for this horrible experience!

Good app but kind of slow
UI is clean but response of the app when clicking action button is kind of slow. Can be further improve in that aspect.
Difficult to use
Unfortunately this delivery app is the worst I’ve tried recently. Tracking the order was confusing unlike the other fast food delivery apps I’ve used. Needs improvement.
App on the loop
Worst delivery app out there. Happened twice now. Put in an order. Submitted the order. Stays in the “Hold on…” screen for more than 10 minutes. The worst.
Held on for more than 30 minutes. Still on a loop. Closed and restarted the app, cart was empty. Omg. Do not download this app. I will give it a negative 100 stars.

Paid Order Not Showing on App
I placed and paid for an order using the KFC App, but it is not showing under my orders. I attempted to call your contact number, but it was unreachable. I also tried calling their call center, only to be told that it accepts calls only until 9 PM.
This is very frustrating. It’s very hassle to try and get a refund. Don’t use this app!

Convenient to order
Available in Online and Chaos Machine but upon arrival on store no more stocks
SM pala pala branch poor customer service. No notification that the order I’ve made is sold out but available online and chaos machine. Fall in line in store to pick up the order but upon arrival in counter there are no stocks available. Super poor customer service. Hope this will call out the attention of management

Slow Delivery
I’ve had a frustrating experience with the KFC Philippines App. The delivery service is slow, often taking much longer than expected. Additionally, the app automatically selects a store far from my location, even when there are closer branches available, leading to further delays. This needs improvement to ensure better convenience and faster service for customers. Hope they address these issues soon!

I ordered a while ago using KFC App, as a mode of payment, I chose debit card. After payment, I was not redirected back to KFC application and so I am currently not able to track the progress of my order. I check my KFC app and it does not reflect my ongoing order.
Unfortunately, this has been happening to other users too. DO NOT ORDER USING THE APP TO AVOID WASTING YOUR TIME.
