NO option To Select the individual piece of Chicken
There is no option to select the individual pieces of chicken on the app. Therefore if I get a munch pack and I white all dark meat there is not option for that.
Location
Please fix how it searches your location, its never correct and even if I add in my address it never saves it, I have to manually add it in every order
Online App NOT Working
Today was the third time I placed an order and it was never received. I have used this app many times in the past and I worked well. But throughout this year, I have placed orders on two previous occasions and after 2 hours of waiting on a call for delivery I had to call the Windsor branch in Arima to find out what is the delay to which the person stated that they did not receive an online order from me and that the app is experiencing challenges. This happened twice! Today I decided to try ordering KFC on behalf of someone at around 10:50am, thinking that the glitch has been resolved on the app, only for the entire day to pass without receiving as little as a phone call. Email confirmations were sent with every order, therefore I know it is not my internet connection and that the order did in fact go through into the system. It is now 6:45pm and still nothing! The This is absolutely unacceptable! Do better!

Can improve the process of selecting the restaurants based on location. Showing them on a map and allowing the customer to select in that layout would help.
Great Idea Poor Execution
Now the idea for the app itself to help with placing orders is wonderful absolutely simple and easy. However, what I do not appreciate is the 5-6 hour wait only to call and have them say, “We ain’t receive the order!”
If there’s an app to place orders why is it that the orders are not going through but a big confirmation email and tracking number is given and even worse there’s an option to pay before you get it 👀.
My order was placed at 1:29pm and still at the time of this review, I still have no food. My friend messaged me to tell me that had the same experience. This could never be right.
Who is going to rectify this?

Choose Chicken
The site is almost perfect, just need to add the option to choose the chicken pieces you like best. Egg Brest and Wing vs. Leg and Thigh.
