Amazing app, comprehensive and user friendly
Still the Worst Banking App – Now Even Worse
This app was already the worst banking experience I’ve ever had — and somehow, it just got worse. After the recent update and rebranding from AUB to KFH Bahrain, I’m now greeted with this message:
“SECURITY ALERT – This device does not meet the minimum security requirements for this application. Hence the application has been closed. Please contact the app publisher for more details.”
Seriously? I use dozens of banking and finance apps daily on the same iPhone, and not a single one gives me this kind of error. This is basic functionality — and somehow, one of the biggest banks in the region can’t figure it out.
If your app can’t work on a standard iPhone setup, then your security approach is flawed. I’d rather have an app that works reliably than one that locks me out in the name of security that’s clearly not user-aware. Disappointed is an understatement.

Worst than a start up
This is the worst Banking app i ever used in the last decade of using Banking apps in the GCC. Most of the clicks pop a msg “Oops Something went wrong, please try again” Other times it keeps loading. There is no option to view Transactions after the statement date, no option to see Supplementary card transactions. At times you don’t even see the primary card transactions till late. I moved from Citi Bank to AUB, it is a huge downgrade. I hope to online banking transform in the near future

Whoever designed this paid no attention to user experience
Impossible to navigate to autopay. Does not ask for confirmation or OTP when you click on freeze card. One click does it. But reactivation is on a different menu and requires all sorts of details + OTP.

Apple pay not working
Hi please fix the app and make it support apple pay when i click on the option for add card in apple pay it working but the when it direct me to the apple pay its said can’t add card please try again later .

Make sure you’ve been try it before you call for an update
You’ll lose your password then you’ve to call the Call Center to reset your password ( during day time working hours), “Don’t update if you’re going to use the app”
VERY SLOW
Constant connection issues while my connection is completely fine, can’t even make 1 transfer.
The app couldnot be accessed through Mobile data.
I tried for several times to access the app through mobile LTE data on my way to work but each time the app closes itself with a message "Error in Connection, please check your internet connection". It is absolutely ridiculous as I have around 14 GB of data left and all other apps works seamlessly. So, i tried to access the app again through WIFI and guess what it works this time. I think your apps needs to be updated and glitches has to be fixed. It should be able to connect to the Internet without any trouble, be it WIFI or mobile data.

The update is horrible
The update is horrible, whenever I try to do a payment through Fawateer it logs me out for not being active while it's only seconds to check the OTP
