تغيير الواجهة
اشكر تقنية المعلومات بالمستشفى لكن يفضل تغيير واجهة البرنامج حيث انها لا تتناسب مع عام 2026 اضافة الى اضافة مميزات جديدة وبقدر المستطاع حيث ان الموظف لا يستخدم الكمبيوتر ( على سبيل المثال ادخال الاجازة منذ سنه ولا يعمل بالشكل المطلوب )

Bad app
This app always kicks me out and now in my notifications and many other employees notifications are receiving other employees leaves with some of their personal information. I have tried to have them fix it and was told not to worry about it. I wonder if my information is on somebody else’s notifications.

This app is annoying
It keeps on crashing and most of the time its not working and delays our in and out in our attendance. Even if u will uninstall or installed same thing even if you enter the correct ID or pw it says enter the correct key so annoying

This app is terrible
This app is terrible it always has a problem and crashing and always have a problem punching in or out. Giving me errors. I have uninstalled and redownloaded many times and still problems are everywhere.

Requesting leaves is not working in this app! Please resolve this issue. I also suggest to add My Attendance records. It’ll really help.
Message section need fixing
In iPhone 11 and up ; the send button in messages section is covered by keyboard and cannot be accessed . Thus cannot send messages. Kindly fix it . Thanks
