Doesn’t work with Tea Pro
Can’t get it to see me Tea Pro no matter what I do.
Khadas app no sirve
No gastes dinero en comprar este aparato ni bajar la app no sirve para nada; solo se conecta vía BT y no por el cable USB C en reliadad no vale la pena lo q mejora el sonido; es una aplicación y aparato de mala calidad y con poco soporte técnico
Doesn’t connect to iPhone air or iPhone 17
After manually connecting (via Bluetooth) the tea pro to my iPhone (air & 17 pro), the app keeps asking to connect manually or cancel. Was not able to progress farther. Fortunately the device works as is, but I bought it for the EQ customization. Please fix khadas.
Refuses to function
The app has been fine - albeit kind of limited - for a while but it at least connected. Recently, it just refuses to work. Attempting to connect brings up a prompt manually add the device then come back to the app… which doesn’t recognize the Tea.
The device itself is nice. Especially for the form factor. But this app has become completely useless.
It needs an update so it actually functions. And it also needs a custom EQ setting that is able to be tweaked.

Great concept but flaws
Tea will only allow me to hard wire to phone once BT is Connected. But then the fatal flaw….once connected you cannot use the eq ! It only works on BT. Please get a firmware update to fix this !
Spotty connection | EQ only for BT
I understand the Khadas team worked really hard on this and I’m really sorry to write this review… but this is app really lacking. Only way to connect the device to the app is if I turn on the DAC, wait for it to connect via Bluetooth, then open the app, wait for it to connect, then plug it in. If I plug it in first then open the app - no dice. It’s annoying but I can deal with that.
What is truly very annoying, makes the app useless and seems absolutely ridiculous is that you can only use the eq in Bluetooth mode. I thought maybe you could adjust the EQ (all presets by the way) in Bluetooth and it would remember in wired mode, but, alas, it does not. So, if you’re looking for a wired dac with eq - this is not it.

iPhoneのマニュアル接続により、Bluetooth接続の上、アプリに戻るよう指示されるが、その先同じメッセージの繰り返しで設定できず。

アプリ経由でのTEAと接続ができず使えませんでした。
EQ settings are unavailable when connected via a wired connection.
EQ settings can only be adjusted when connected via Bluetooth. However, even then, you can only choose from preset EQ options, and there’s no way for the user to customize them. Why was it designed this way?
Love the TEA - Plz Fix EQ
I REALLY love the form factor and convenience of the Khadas TEA. The app is fine but please please please add custom EQ.
Luckily I really like the default sound out of the TEA. However, headphones can differ greatly and it would be great to have the ability to customize the EQ.

Connection Issues, No EQ
After waiting well over a year the app has finally arrived. Unfortunately, I have to delete and re-add the device every time. Additionally, EQ is greyed out.
Eq needs help
I like the app except for the main reason I had hoped for it. The equalizer is a let down. You can’t adjust it when you connect to device through usb-c. I also wish that you could manually adjust the equalizer to your liking. Otherwise the app is ok.
Some connecting issues, no EQ?
Connecting required several “Forget this Device” in Bluetooth and shutting the device on/off, but I got it to work after about 5 minutes. Admittedly, a bit annoying.
I am frustrated that I cannot adjust EQ while the device is connected via USB C, only Bluetooth which is worse quality. Please fix this!

App won't connect
No matter what I do - restart, turn BT off and on, power-down, power-up the app will not discover or connect to my Tea. Audio works fine, listening away to music but this app won't work.
Won’t connect.
Tried disconnecting, forgetting the device, restarting both phone and khadas tea. The app won’t connect through bluetooth.
Wired mode problem
It works on a Bluetooth connected mode. But on a wired connect, the app couldn't recognize Tea product.
