Worst delivery app I ever tried. Takes more hours to deliver even if the restaurant is 10 minutes away. Customer service sucks. Called them many times to cancel orders but they never do. They tell you it’s cancelled when in reality they don’t even tell the rider it’s cancelled. There’s confusion in every party. Never again, I’ll delete this app for good.

The customer service on the app is horrible. No action being taken by the representative and the drivers do not respond.
Only 1 out of 10 order will be on time. The other will always be delivered after 1hour 30min from placing the order.

The time it takes for deliveries to arrive is ridiculous and on top of that the drivers take their time so an order on talabat that would take 20-40 takes over an hour on this app. The support team is a phone call and it’s frankly inconvenient.

This services lacks professionalism , no way to cancel your order. You must call and wait on the line to get updates and an order takes more than 1 hour and 30 minutes to be delivered. Customer service has no clue how to solve the problem nor how to communicate with customers. They don’t have drivers to deliver the order I wonder why would anyone have a delivery service without drivers available !

Literally ordered something and it took 1 hour and 40 minutes to get delivered just because there are no drivers available. I love the app, the whole offers and everything. BUT if you guys have driver shortages. Do not make an app for delivering
