Time & support
The time it takes for deliveries to arrive is ridiculous and on top of that the drivers take their time so an order on talabat that would take 20-40 takes over an hour on this app. The support team is a phone call and it’s frankly inconvenient.

Bad service
This services lacks professionalism , no way to cancel your order. You must call and wait on the line to get updates and an order takes more than 1 hour and 30 minutes to be delivered. Customer service has no clue how to solve the problem nor how to communicate with customers. They don’t have drivers to deliver the order I wonder why would anyone have a delivery service without drivers available !

Literally ordered something and it took 1 hour and 40 minutes to get delivered just because there are no drivers available. I love the app, the whole offers and everything. BUT if you guys have driver shortages. Do not make an app for delivering

It was absolutely horrible experience at starting they gave many offers nd all it was good delivery on time nd stuff but then later onwards everything started going wrong i recieved wrong items complainted to the restaurant no use called them call was declined nd even blocked me such horrible experience food came soggy nd not hot nd one time ordered rice nd recieved uncooked rice the bits if hard rice was still there so bad
