Great concept, NEED TO WORK ON ITS USABILITY! And you NEEED BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!
The concept and everything is great, love that this app exists - BUT please please work on the whole user interface of the app and on the codes that run it. The filters and sort system is tedious because I try to look at different locations and each time I change the location, I have to put all the filters and sorting AGAIN! I need to compare rates and places and the process for doing that NEEDS to be easier.
In the filters also the sliding system for rates and timing is terrible to use - I’d much rather be able to just type it in. PLEASE IMPROVE THE USABILITY!
And your system of customer service is pretty bad and anxiety inducing, please change it and make it better🤦🏻♀️

Bad experience
My experience with them unfortunately wasn’t great.
I made a booking that had to be cancelled due to an error. The booking was cancelled and I was issued credits. However, when I later tried to use those credits, there was confusion regarding their validity. Initially, I was informed by their SPOC that these were KheloMore credits, but after speaking with three different people over the course of three days, I was finally told that they were actually venue credits.
Because of this delay and misinformation, I requested an extension to use the credits, as I had effectively lost 3–4 days of the validity period. Unfortunately, this was not granted.
I eventually used the credits for a booking today, but when I sought clarification on the cancellation policy due to weather conditions, I was informed that no refund would be provided unless there were visible puddles at the start time of the booking. Factors such as a recently wet surface or potential safety concerns do not appear to be considered. This effectively means that I would need to travel to the venue and hope the court is dry enough to be safely playable.
To their credit, everyone I interacted with was respectful, responsive, and courteous throughout the process. However, despite multiple conversations, no practical solution was offered at any stage. While this may simply be their policy, the overall experience was frustrating and left me feeling unsupported as a customer.

Exceptionally smooth App
Khelomore has always been my Go To App for all my sports bookings for many years. Unlike other similar Apps, the booking process is way smoother and faster
The Interface is also much better and customer friendly. I had to reschedule my sessions a couple of times, and khelomore was extremely cooperative 👍🏻.

Useless support
Do not use this app as they don’t consider any of your request and repeatedly use statements like its app policy. Even after to making multiple booking single cancellation was rejected and no refund given on other hand the turf management support. Then why to book via such unsupportive apps and waste time. Do not waste your money and time. Contact turf directly they will make necessary changes and support.

No refund policy whatsoever use at your own risk
Lot of times due to rain or other factors the courts are not just playable and the app doesn’t have refund policy for such cases … no way to communicate and the feedback and support query remains unanswered .. it’s better to directly book with venue they Atleast adjust and flexible .. no use of booking via app

I book turfs from this app only as it provides me great discount and coupons while booking. This app helps me to know which time slot is free to be booked .

They had venue which was under construction. I had booked the venue, and went there. Couldn’t play, couldn’t get refund. No response from khelomore team for more than 15 days. Very poor response. Could have given negative stars if there was an option. Huddle app is better. Some venues doesn’t have option to pay at the venue. Very pathetic

We’re happy with Khelomore. Unlike other platforms who charge Convenience fee+commission, khelomore prioritizes the Organisers needs first. The response time for queries is also very quick, whenever we have any difficulty or query,the staff is always available to assist. So overall Khelomore is a great platform.

Its a pathetic and least concerned owners app they dont even know how to treate their customers and have scammed me twice within 2 hrs and they dont have anyone to talk and sort out and take care of their belowed customers they did not even pick my call once after msging calling them 10 times most disappointing app ever seen and service providers and in exchange they give credits of their own wallet which is useless and cant spend in one go i hope someone reach out from their team and sort and support me out of this

Unpleasant Experience
My first experience with the Khelomore app was extremely disappointing. I had booked a badminton court for 2 hours on January 12, 2025. However, when I arrived with my friends, the venue manager had no record of my booking and stated that they were not associated with the Khelomore app. There was no way to contact Khelomore customer service, which makes me question whether it even exists. I was left with no choice but to pay directly at the venue for an offline booking. Given these issues, I’m concerned about the legitimacy of the app. To make matters worse, I still haven’t been able to reach anyone to request a refund or file a complaint. I wonder how such an app was approved on the Apple App Store. I strongly advise others to avoid this app.

I am writing to highlight an issue with your application. On two occasions, I attempted to book a badminton court, but although the payment was deducted, the court was not successfully booked.
I have already raised a support ticket regarding this matter, but I have not received any response so far. This situation is disappointing and requires immediate attention.

Worst support
I have made a booking for 14th november but due to some mistake or error booking date showed as 11th november. Instantly I have raised a request to move the booking to 14th as I have paid whole money for booking which is 3000 but their support didn’t reached out to me or resolved my issue. If you have a app please provide prompt support too. If my issur would be resolved than I will remove this review.
